This business operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. Any items ordered on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

UK Royal Mail Delivery:

Please note that your item will be sent with your chosen shipping service 24-48 business hours after your purchase. For example, if your order is sent to us on a Saturday at 5pm, the deadline for it to be sent with the chosen shipping service will be Wednesday at 9am.

We have to allow an additional 10 days on top of the delivery estimate, for your item to arrive. For example, we need to allow 12 days for delivery on an item sent with an expected delivery aim of 48 hours. After this timeframe is when Royal Mail considers a parcel "missing". We will not be responsible for refunding or replacing an item that is in transit within this timeframe. We can only process refunds or returns after this timeframe.

If there is no option for Royal Mail shipping, or if you are ordering outside the UK, the below shipping information will apply:

We ship our products directly from our manufacturer. You will be presented with a free shipping option during checkout. The international delivery aim is 14-30 business days. Please note that the estimated time of arrival or 'delivery aim' does NOT include processing/production time, which is 5-7 business days.

Any expected delays to postage will be stated on this page or on the notice at the top of the homepage. If you haven't received you order in the specified timeframe, please email us at to review the status of your order. Refunds or exchanges will be handled through email if necessary.

General Information

Not only is each Daniel Pare product beautiful in design, it is crafted with quality materials and components to offer precise, reliable performance and design. We proudly stand behind every Daniel Pare product we sell.

1 Year Limited Warranty:

Daniel Pare warrants to the original consumer that his/her product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship that prevent the product from functioning properly under normal use, for a period of one (1) year after original purchase, if purchased from an official Daniel Pare stockist.

Warranty Exclusions:

This limited warranty does not cover theft, loss of the entire product or individual components, batteries, straps, bracelets, crystals, glass, gold- or ionic-plating or PVD finishing, cosmetic issues such as scratches or normal wear and tear, or any damage arising from accidents or misuse including water penetration, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than a Daniel Pare Authorised Service Centre.  

Conditions For Warranty Being Void:

This warranty is void if the product was not purchased from an Authorised Daniel Pare Dealer, as evidenced by valid proof of purchase – a dated sales or gift receipt showing the name of the retailer and an identifying style number for the Daniel Pare product.

Warranty & Legal Rights:

Any other warranty provided by the retailer is entirely their responsibility. No person or company is authorised to change the terms of this warranty. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. He/she may also have other statutory rights which may vary from state to state and country to country. However, to the extent not prohibited by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, oral, written, statutory, express or implied (including without limitation the warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose), all of which are expressly disclaimed.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse the shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
